As long as the product is unopened and still in its original condition and packaging, you can return an item within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment. Alternately, an item can also either be exchanged for another item of the same or greater value. Please note that a pick up cost of AED25 will be applied.
For returns and exchanges please contact us within 7 calendar days to initiate the process. You must contact us before sending items back, stating the order number and the reason you are intending to return the goods.
If you have a complaint about your product or think it might have a defect or is damaged, please contact us stating the order number and issue with the concerned product. We will arrange a courier pick up from your location. You must repack the item in the same original box it was delivered in and all the parts, labels, packaging and manual must be intact. Upon receipt, it will be submitted for evaluation.
If the item is confirmed to be damaged, we will issue a refund or exchange. If the product has been with you for more than 30days we are unable to process a refund.
Our return policy is applicable to items delivered within the UAE only. We are unable to process a return for items shipped to any other destination.
Customer can cancel their order on splitz.ae within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed, and note that any shipping charges that occur will need to be covered by the customer.
